PS: Marble/Stone is by nature porous. Any spill needs to be wiped immediately as will leave stains. Metal has a natural property to oxidize and tarnish over a period of time. Marble being formed naturally through sedimentation will have colour variation. Marble colour may vary over a period of time. Finish absorbency on teak wood is natural as has its highs and lows, variations within-piece, piece-to-piece and among furniture pcs. Teak has typically straight-grained, though occasionally can show moderately wavy or interlocked patterns. Occurrence cannot be controlled.
