SAMUDRA MANTHAN DINING TABLE

The Samudra Manthan Dining Table has a sculptural brass base, and table top handcrafted in reclaimed teak wood. The 6-seater table is inspired by the myth of the churning of the ocean, where the gods and demons churned the ocean to obtain nectar. The brass base is hand-hammered and oxidized into a stunning variation of almost black to natural brass. The wooden top is handcrafted from reclaimed teak from demolished traditional Pol houses in Gujarat. Each teak top is seasoned and aged, and has a beautiful grain pattern.
