Kir Royal is presented in various possibilities: in a round or oval version, lined with passementerie trimming, with passementerie trimming and a velvet top, and entirely covered in velvet. For this project, Christophe de la Fontaine plays on contrast between the contemporary finishes and its classical shape that recall the typical curtain tassels, a detail of bourgeois living rooms of yore.
