1.1. Overview and Binding Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Rute, the platform provided by Whitewall Technologies Pvt. Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “our”). By accessing or using Rute, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any provision hereof, you must not use the Service.

Your use of the Service, including any updates or enhancements, is deemed acceptance of these Terms, as amended from time to time without prior notice.

For the purpose of these Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

3.1. Service Features and Functionality

Rute is designed to streamline design workflows. It offers advanced search, project management tools, and a marketplace for on-demand design and construction services. The Service provides Users with an intuitive interface to manage projects, collaborate with professionals, and access design resources.

The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at its discretion, without prior notice, and without liability to Users.

4.1. Eligibility Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. By registering for an account, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4.2. Registration Process and Accuracy of Information

To use certain features of Rute, you must register for an Account by providing accurate, complete, and updated information as requested. You agree that all information submitted by you is true and correct to the best of your knowledge. The Company reserves the right to verify submitted data and to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

4.3. Account Security and Confidentiality

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of security. The Company shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your Account.

5.1. Acceptable Use Policy

Users shall use the Service solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activities;
  • Uploading or transmitting content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes upon the rights of others;
  • Disrupting, interfering with, or damaging the functionality or security of the Service;

The Company reserves the right to investigate any suspected or alleged violations and take appropriate legal action, including termination of your access to the Service.

7.1. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR‑FREE.

7.2. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Whitewall Technologies Pvt. Ltd. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THE SERVICE.

8.1. Indemnity Obligations

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Whitewall Technologies Pvt. Ltd., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use or misuse of the Service;
  • Your breach of these Terms;
  • Any violation of applicable laws or rights of a third party.

9.1. Termination for Cause

The Company may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms or engage in conduct that the Company determines is harmful to its interests or to other Users.

9.2. Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your Account, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease immediately, and you shall immediately discontinue all use of the Service. Any data or materials in your possession must be deleted promptly.

10.1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Whitewall Technologies Pvt. Ltd. operates, excluding any conflict of laws principles.

10.2. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within that jurisdiction. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
